Get a tankless water heater. You will save a lot of money in the end even though you’ll have to pay a little more up front.
If your daughter has been begging you to pick up a new barbie mommy play kitchen complete with a non working sink and a non working stove and a working cabinet door then do a Google image search for “entertainment center play kitchen” and see what you’ll find.
