I am not sure if you like going to the doctor for a visit, I know I hate it. He Prods and pokes you, he groans, he grumbles. After all of that he sits down and writes out his report without saying a word. As I sit there in suspense watching him across his desk writing out his novel on everything that’s wrong with me. I’m wondering what is so wrong with me that he has to take so much time.

At this point he will usually leave you in suspense as he writes out his thesis. When I stare at him across his big desk I can imagine what he is going to tell me. It will be something along the lines of “You should be taking better care of yourself, get out and do some more exercise and you need to start eating healthy food.”

When we are doing a property inspection, we can empathise with doctors knowing that more care should have been taken over the years of ownership. We seem to get the same response from people involved in the transaction.
